These Terms & Conditions define the reservation and cancellation policies applicable to all services offered by Pablo Saint-Tropez<\/strong>, operated by SAS Pablo Saint-Tropez<\/strong>, whose registered office is located at 104 Rue du Tibouren, 83350 Ramatuelle, France<\/strong>, and registered with the Fr\u00e9jus Trade and Companies Register (RCS)<\/strong> under registration number 89868230700035<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Reservation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations may be made:<\/p>\n

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:<\/p>\n

The establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to force majeure, technical issues, or previous inappropriate behavior by the customer.<\/p>\n

3. Deposit and Credit Card Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n

For certain reservations (including groups, events, VIP tables, and peak season bookings), a deposit or a credit card guarantee may be required.<\/p>\n

Any deposit paid will be processed and deducted from the final bill.<\/p>\n

In the event of a cancellation made outside the permitted cancellation period, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Individual Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours <\/strong>before the scheduled date and time of the reservation.<\/p>\n

After this deadline:<\/p>\n

Group Cancellations (for groups of 100 people or more)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the scheduled service.<\/p>\n

Failing this, the establishment reserves the right to charge:<\/p>\n

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation:<\/p>\n

  • The deposit will be retained; or<\/li>\n
  • The applicable fixed no-show fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Any delay exceeding [15 \/ 30] minutes may result in the table being released without notice.
